I’m in the best position to offer thoughts to someone who is self-motivated and has their own goals (even if they’re still developing), but not as much to “push” someone every step of the way or micromanage their career. Any level of experience, knowledge, and equipment is “good enough” to start now! I love working with people who are willing to take a leap into the unknown, and who enjoy growing through first-hand experience.
